Day 11 Revival Diet/Workout

Your Meal Plan

Wake UP
Berries + cream
1/2 Cup of Berries
1 Cup of Half n Half
1 Scoop of Vanilla or Choc Protien
Water to Thickness Desired

Breakfast
Oatmeal, peanut butter, shredded coconut
1/4 Cup Oatmeal
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
Shredded coconut

Mid Morning Snack
Greek or Full Fat Yogurt 1/2-3/4 Cup and Honey (Tablespoon)

Lunch
Thai Salad (For 2)
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 small head green or white cabbage (2 cups shredded)
1 large carrot (1½ cups shredded)
1 green papaya (1½ cups shredded)
½ cup fresh cilantro
½ cup green onions
½ cup chopped peanuts

Mid Afternoon Snack
Roasted Almonds

Dinner
Sausage and Peppers
1 Red Pepper Sliced
1 Onion of Choice Sliced
Grill Onions and Peppers with Butter
When Close to carmelization (soft and sweetish) Add Spicy Italian Sausage pre sliced

Cook Down until Butter and fat become like syrup at the bottom of the pan

Workout
Rotate Through Workout

3×10 Squat Jumps
3×15 Seconds Each side side planks
3×15 Burpees
3×15 Cruches
