Upon Waking

Wake Up and Go Shake

Breakfast

Juevos Rancheros low carb
2 eggs scrambled
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 avocado
salsa of choice (not sweet salsa like mango)
pepper jack or cheddar cheese
2 Low carb tortillas

Mid Morning Snack

Apple with peanut butter 

Lunch

Gramercy Salad
Spinach
kale
broccoli florets
garbanzo beans
peppadews
aged parmesan
goat cheese
vinaigrette
avocado

Mid Afternoon Snack

Wasabi Almonds

Dinner

Bun-less burgers

1 lb lean ground beef or turkey

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

1 tsp coconut oil

1 Avocado

Red onion

Bacon

Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Kale

Olive oil

(Side of grilled veggies/or quinoa)
